If you attempted to make a payment on either of those days, your original balance may still be outstanding. All affected customers will receive an email notification by 5pm on Friday, September 22. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the payment we were unable to process, and you will not be held liable for any penalties that may have accumulated since the date of your attempted payment.
